You can shop with a credit card on our webshop and it is settled in Danish kroner, DKK and all prices include Danish VAT of 25%.
There is no card fee and the amount will only be deducted from your account when we ship the goods.
Price for shipping and handling, starts from DKK 55.
When selling to countries outside the EU, there may be an additional customs fee and extra delivery charge. We will contact the buyer after customs processing is complete for any additional fees that may be required. These fees must be paid before the package can be sent to the buyer.
Usually your order is packed and shipped the same day it arrives, which means delivery within 3-7 days. If the package is to be sent outside the EU, it may take longer.
If the item is not in stock, it will take another 14 days before delivery. The customer will be notified of this by email.
We reduce the shipping fee if we can ship your goods cheaper than intended.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When the item is returned and the right of withdrawal is used, this can only happen if the item is returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as when you received it. You are welcome to unpack the item as long as you can return it in substantially the same condition and quantity.
The right of withdrawal therefore lapses if you use the product in a way where it is quite obvious that the use significantly reduces the product's sales value. When you use the right of withdrawal, you must pay for the shipping yourself when you return the item.
If you have bought an item via the webshop, you usually have the right to cancel the purchase. You can return the item to us by refusing to receive the item when it is delivered. You can also return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it.

REFUND WILL BE HAPPENED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AFTER WE HAVE RECEIVED THE GOODS RETURN AND CHECKED THAT IT MEETS THE CONDITIONS THAT THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CAN BE USED. IF YOU HAVE PAYED BY DANK CARD, THE MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED VIA BAMBORA.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a right of complaint is granted for 24 months on all goods. The right to make a complaint means that you as a customer can complain about errors and defects in the product that have occurred 24 months after purchase.
However, it is a prerequisite that these defects have not arisen as a result of your incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior that has led to the defect.
You must complain within a reasonable time after you have found the defect. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint is always considered to be timely. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs that you may have in connection with the return of the item when the complaint is justified. When you want to advertise a product, it must be submitted to us at one of the above addresses.
INFORMATION ON APPEALS
A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby.
You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk.
The European Commission's online complaints portal can also be used to lodge a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country.

Bornholms Museum's Webshop receives payment via Dankort / VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and American Express and is settled in Danish kroner. Ordered items are usually shipped within two days - for longer delivery times, the customer will be informed by email. All orders are followed by an order confirmation sent by email. The customer will also be notified when the order has been sent.
Parcels are usually sent to your nearest parcel shop, but you can choose to have them delivered to your door.
Confidentiality
Bornholms Museum only uses customer information for sale and trade via this webshop and no customer information is passed on to others.
You do not receive newsletters and other information via our webshop.
